Pricing & Scheduling: 

Overnight: $80

30 minute walk/visit: $30

1 hr walk/visit: $45

Farm visit: $40-$75

Poop Scoop: $20 

Holidays: additional charge of $5 for walks/visits and $10 for overnights

(New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)

Overnights require a non-refundable down payment of 25% 

Cancellation policy: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% for services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service. 

Cancellation fees for overnight visits is just the 25% non-refundable down payment 

All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments scheduled with less than 48 hours may be subject to a $10 last minute scheduling fee.

Payment Methods:
Venmo, cash or check accepted at the end of each week

You will provide your payment to the person doing the visit(s) 

We will discontinue any future visits until paid on time

Client Info Needed: 

Updated pet info and photo(s), owner’s contact info, address, key/lockbox/door/garage codes/ info, preferred time (Visits and walks within a two hour time window) emergency contact info, visit routine We also ask that we not be given any house keys. If your house requires a key for entry, please have a lockbox on site. 

Pet info to include:

• Pet type, breed, physical appearance

• Medication and feeding schedule, if necessary • Vaccination record

• Veterinarian info 

Our Availability: 

Visits are available on a first come, first serve basis. If preferred time is not available, we will let you know. If you are okay with it not being preferred time, we will do our best to get within an hour or two of your preferred time.We are are not liable if no one can make it. (if trying to schedule on short notice).  

Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do happen. There could be a time where the person scheduled to come has a sudden emergency and nobody else can cover. If you’ve already paid for a visit and we can’t make it, we will credit you for another visit. 

Safety:

We also take safety very seriously, your pets and our own so if bad weather (say snow or ice storm) is headed our way, we will not risk driving. If it’s a really hot day, we will let the dogs out to potty. We can stay and play with them in the house, to get exercise, if it's allowed. If there is a serious rain storm with major downpours, we will do the same as a hot day.   

Please let us know if your pet(s) has any allergies or dietary needs and you don’t want us giving treats of our own. 

Each pet sitter will be taking necessary Covid-19 precautions that include wearing a mask inside your home (except overnights) and using hand sanitizer, before entering your home. Also, please alert us if you or someone you’ve been in contact with has Covid-19 symptoms. If there’s any added precautions you’d like us to take, please reach out and let us know.

Waste Scooping:

We pick up all the dog’s poop in your backyard. We will have our own bags and Poop Scoop. We will need access to an outside faucet and hose to clean off the tools when finished. You will have to provide a place for us to dispose of the full bags.
